Out of Print is a clothing line that specializes in reprinting classic and iconic book covers on t-shirts and iPhone cases.

Other than that, the company has also lead a humanitarian mission to bring books to the remote areas of Africa.

After the initial success, the company is now planning on entering the market of iPad and Kindle Fire and release classic book covers for these devices as well which would certainly be great news for book lovers who own these devices. Using these services, you can now have your favorite classics printed on the cases of your iPad or Kindle Fire.

Usually cases for these devices that exist in the market make them look like a plastic binder or a pleather bound book, which is certainly not very enchanting.

Cases designed by Out of Print, however, would look like and feel like a real vintage book. The external design of the case is composed of the covers from renowned classics such as The Great Gatsby, Atlas Shrugged, Moby Dick etc. The book cloth, containing all the printed art, is wrapped on the book board, which gives it a durable structure just like a hardcover book.

The central craddle that contains the iPad or Kindle Fire is composed of rubber. It also contains all the required gaps for various external buttons and cables of the device.

At present, Out of Print is waiting to receive enough number of pre-orders to move forward with this unique venture. Kindle Fire case can be ordered for a price of $40 while the case for iPad is available at a price of $45.

So far it is now known whether this venture would be extended to other devices or not, but if it turns out to be successful, the company would most probably aim at other devices as well.

You can help to fund the project on Kickstarter.
